Astra Jigsaw Puzzle II is an original collection of puzzle games suitable for all family, offering a good number of puzzles to complete plus a wide range of options to fully enjoy them. With paintings from the renaissance and the post-impressionist periods, the registered version of the program consists of 100 puzzles.
Using the program is very simple. After choosing a puzzle from the gallery, we have to set the number of its pieces, which can be anything between 20 and 1147 (although some puzzles reach the amazing number of 3009). Afterwards, the program offers four different types of figures or piece shapes to cut our puzzle into: bubble, pinwheel, curl, and figure, being the latter the most challenging of all, as it presents shapes of fruits, animals, or other objects. If you want your puzzles to be really challenging, you can allow piece rotation or disable frames.
The program layout is neatly organized, with every option conveniently accessible. While playing, a handy magnifying glass can be used to identify tiny pieces in large puzzles. Besides, if your puzzle has too many pieces, there is an extra window to store and organize them, plus four pockets or smaller windows which turn out very convenient indeed.
The Trial version of Astra Jigsaw Art II has only five pictures available, but registering the program gives us the chance of downloading more pictures from the developer's site.
